We all need to focus on what we feel passionate about. For me that is making a positive contribution by helping organizations with worthwhile objectives to perform better. I do this:

 

From the top down: working with leaders to define robust strategies, marshal execution resources and oversee successful implementation.

From the bottom up: developing and collaboratively implementing specific projects to create a performance step change for a specific function, market or process.

 

Over the past 25 years I have built and applied experience across global strategy; operational leadership; marketing, branding and communications; business development and resource mobilization; strategic partnerships; HR management; talent development; and knowledge management.

 

I´ve enjoyed implementing major projects and leading successful teams across the world while based in Hong Kong, New York, Paris, London, Madrid, Barcelona, Geneva, New Delhi and Amman. Passionate about cultural fluency, I have collaborated closely with clients and colleagues of over 50 nationalities, and work in English, French and Spanish.
